🍓 STRAWBERRY SEASON UPDATE🍓

The first hints of red are starting to appear in the strawberry field, and we couldn’t be more excited!

After a spring filled with cool temperatures, frost protection, and plenty of weather watching, the strawberry plants are looking much better than we thought possible and the berries are beginning to ripen. While Mother Nature always has the final say, we’re currently anticipating opening for pick-your-own strawberries sometime between June 11-16th.

Now is the perfect time to start making your strawberry season plans:
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Gather your family and friends
📖 Dust off those favorite recipes
✅ Check your supply of jam jars and Sure-Jell
🥶 Make a some room in the freezer.

There’s something special about strawberry season at the Patch—sunshine, berry-stained fingers, and creating memories together while picking the freshest berries of the year.

We’ll continue to share updates as we get closer to opening day. We can’t wait to see everyone back at the Patch soon!

In the meantime, the Patch is open!
🕘 The farm store is open daily from 9a-6p, self-serve.
💵 Currently, we accept Cash, Check, or payment via QR code.

Here’s what you’ll find:
🥬 Asparagus – fresh, local, and perfect for spring meals
🍓 Rhubarb – bright, tart, and pie-ready
🥚 Farm-fresh eggs – including pullet eggs from our new flock
🍯 Honey – golden goodness from our hives
🥒 Dilly Beans – crunchy, tangy, and irresistible

📱Please call ahead to place an order if you’re wanting more than 10#s of either rhubarb or asparagus.
🚫 Sorry, there are no pick-your-own activities available at the Patch currently. Your next chance to pick-your-own is strawberry season, which will begin sometime in mid to late June.

Want to meet us at the market?
We bring all our great products to the Mt. Horeb Farmers Market Thursday evenings from 3-6:30p as well as to the Mineral Point Market Saturday mornings from 8:30-11a.

See you in the Patch or at market soon.
